A good, local beer is priced as standard and you can rest assured that whatever you need, the hotel staff will sort you out. We're talking £8 for some fancy eggs and a much welcome coffee (this place is so peaceful you'll be drifting off before you know it). Yes, the food is pricey but its very good, and a breakfast is pretty cheap - especially by UK standards. It's easy to get around at any time of day, and believe me, you'll smile knowingly as tourists cram themselves in and around Bridgetown with the masses of cruise ship tourists. If you land at the airport, haggle for the taxi and you'll be at this peaceful resort within 25mins for just £12. Public transport in Barbados is brilliant and for just 60p, you can be enjoying a Friday fish-fry at Oistins within 20mins of leaving the hotel. It's also true that this is a wholesale positive. Scrolling below, you'll read that the hotel is secluded. It's a stunning hotel, well deserving of its four star rating and is home to some of the best staff you'll meet on your travels (although it seems that friendliness is pandemic in Barbados).
This is by far the best value for money in Barbados.
